Vapor Venom is a hydrocarbon encapsulation agent that suppresses volatile organic compounds and reduces LELs (flammability). More specifically, this product will attack the surface of hydrocarbon particles by encapsulating the oil droplets preventing hydrocarbon vapors from being released. This product is excellent for reducing LELs in tanks or vessels requiring entry for cleaning and maintenance activities. It can also be used during hydrocarbon spill cleanup and as a degassing agent for pipelines.
